This was a challenge issued after a day of hand-dying
fabric at Marilu Benton’s home.Carol
Sinnreich and I joined her, dying fabrics for all three of us.It was decided that we would use some of the hand- dyed cotton and make a
triptych of the Palo Duro Canyon.Each
of us chose a part of the canyon and made a small panel. The three pieces
were attached to a common background to form one large picture.
